Each attraction may only be visited once. Your card must be registered by the swipe technology to gain valid attraction entry with the exception of Clumber Park where the Clumber pass needs to be redeemed on entry.
Experience Nottinghamshire have taken all reasonable care to ensure that only properly run and reputable attractions of good standing are within Robin Hood card scheme. That said, Experience Nottinghamshire shall not be liable for any deficiencies in service, quality of merchandise or health and safety obtaining at any particular attraction.
The Robin Hood card may only be used by the card's purchaser and is only valid for the dates stated on the card. It is non-transferable and non-refundable. No replacements or refunds can be offered for lost or stolen cards. The Robin Hood card is not valid for same-day return visits to any attraction.
Holders of the Robin Hood card recognise and accept that they visit any attraction voluntarily and entirely at their own risk.

Opening times and availability
Opening times will fluctuate from time to time and visitors are recommended to check with the attraction concerned prior to visiting it to ascertain the current position.
The Robin Hood card may still be purchased on Bank Holidays and special event days, however they may not be valid for entry on these days and standard attraction admission tickets may apply for entry.
Admission with a Robin Hood card is not guaranteed on normal or special event days due to limited capacity at attractions. Please note that not all attractions are open all year and we cannot guarantee that all rides and attraction activities will be available or in operation when you visit attractions. Use of the card implies agreement with the terms & conditions for each of the attractions.
The management of each attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to any card holder and, in the interest of the public and for safety reasons, reserve the right to require guests to leave the attractions at any time.
Failure to present a valid Robin Hood card will result in a charge of the “on the day” admission rate applicable to the relevant attraction, which will be non-refundable.
Please be advised that promotions and/or discounts cannot be used when buying tickets online, by phone or in person.
Refunds and replacement tickets
Refunds are not available in any circumstances in whole or part.
The Robin Hood card will not be refunded in whole or part if any of the attractions are no longer available or if any or part of the attractions is removed or closed during the year.
We cannot refund or replace cards for the reason of adverse weather conditions.
If a Robin Hood card is issued in error (for example, a child pass is issued instead of a family pass) it can only be replaced/re-issued by the original issuer of the card and a valid receipt/proof of purchase must be presented.
Lost, stolen and damaged cards
Please keep your card and Clumber pass secure as Experience Nottinghamshire or the attractions and participating third parties in this promotion cannot replace lost or stolen cards.
If a damaged card is presented, the attractions reserve the right to refuse entry and will result in a charge of the “on the day” admission rate applicable to the relevant attraction, which will be non-refundable.
