29th July to 3rd September: Summer Holiday Family Fun at National Civil War Centre
1st July to 29th October: Dinosaurs of China at Wollaton Hall
22nd July to 3rd September: The Beeston Beach
31st July to 6th Aug: Robin Hood Festival at Sherwood Forest
1st to 31st August: Once Upon a Time at Nottingham Castle
1st to 31st August: Treasure and Trinkets Trail at Newstead Abbey
1st August to 2nd September 2017: Taster Sessions for 5-7 year olds at Nottingham
Climbing Centre. 1 hour's duration. £7 per child.
14th to 18th August: Worksop by the Sea - the Old Market Square, Worksop. Grab
your swimming costumes and head to Worksop, where the
Market Square will be covered with sand, adorned by deckchairs
and there will be lots of fun activities.
14th August: Summer of Sport at Clumber Park. This FREE event offers you the chance
to have a go at loads of different sports, including archery, hockey and
skipping. Booking not required. Free event but normal admission applies.
15th August: Dinosaur Orienteering at the Forest Recreation Ground, Nottingham.
1pm to 3pm. No need to book. Meet at the Pirate Ship play area.
15th August: FREE Family Fun Day at the Robert Shaw Playing Field, Leen Valley
Suitable for the whole family. Bring a picnic! 11am to 2

19th August: FREE Outdoor Film at Rufford Abbey. Enjoy the outdoor film experience
and see Toy Story for free today. The show starts at 2pm and you can just
