Woodthorpe Grange Park

A Green Flag Award winning park, Woodthorpe Grange is an impressive large green space that sits on the edge of the City and has a wide variety of facilities including Pitch and Putt, Tropical House, formal gardens play area, cafe and toilets.

Within the park lies Woodthorpe Grange, a 19th Century Grade II listed manor house which sits amidst a mix of landscapes and includes formal gardens, green houses, grassland and small wooded areas. An 18 hole pitch and putt course and football pitches attracts sports enthusiasts whilst the Tropical House, 'sunken garden' , train sculpture, and playgroud appeals to visitors from both the city and wider surrounding area.

Teddy Bear's Picnic (FREE)

Twiggy & Emma are joining forces with with Nottingham City Transport to host their very own Teddy Bear’s Picnic
at Woodthorpe Park. We're looking for families and children to come along, bring a picnic and your favourite teddy! There'll be a performance from a children’s favourite TV characters, Angelina Ballerina to keep the children entertained as well as a fun packed day.

a fun treasure hunt

Win with the Trent FM Thunders: On the day they'll give you the chance to win tickets for activity days out and goodies galore - including a BIG Trent FM Teddy. Catch up with us throughout the day, complete the entry form and tell us what you think is the name of the teddy. If you guess correctly you get to take him home with you.
