Paté di melanzane e formaggio (v) : Aubergine and cheese paté
Proscuitto di parma con formaggio e pomodori secchi: Parma ham and cheese parcels with sun-blushed tomato
Main Course
Filetto di salmone servito su letto di verdure julienne con balsamico caldo: Salmon fillet served on a bed of julienne vegetables drizzled with a warm balsamic dressing
Bistecca in crosta : Grilled sirloin steak served with a sun-blushed tomato and breadcrumb crust and white wine demi-glace
Risotto di funghi misti e salsa di gorgonzola (v) : Risotto with mixed mushrooms and creamy blue sauce
Petto di pollo servito con purea di patate e salsa ai mirtilli: Chicken breast served on a herb mash with cranberry sauce
