Kangaroo
A truly mouthwatering lean, red meat. Like all game, kangaroo is a healthier alternative to traditional red meats and is especially good at reducing cholesterol. Just as importantly, it’s absolutely delicious – especially when served pink.

Bush Tomato Chutney
Sun-dried on the bush, Aussie bush tomatoes are hardy little fellas that grow in the red hot heart of Oz. Harvested in the traditional way by Aboriginal women, they make a gutsy, tangy chutney with a feisty kick.
