CONFIRMATION

All telephone bookings are provisional until confirmed in writing or with full credit card details. Telephone bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival must be confirmed by credit card.

CANCELLATION

In the event of a cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance we shall do our best to re-let the room(s) in order to prevent our standard cancellation charge of one night’s accommodation being incurred.
