Forest Recreation Ground
The Forest Recreation Ground sits about a mile north of the city centre and is well known to many visitors as the site of the annual Nottingham Goose Fair. In addition to hosting many other popular events, Forest Recreation Ground also has a variety of recreation facilities which includes football pitches, play areas, bowls greens and a number of designated leisure walks.

npower's No Power Hour (FREE)
19th and 20th June 2010

Make it your goal to spend an hour without power!

On Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th June, npower will be bringing its No Power Hour roadshow to Nottingham.  Featuring Britain’s Got Talent judge Piers Morgan* and former contestant and expert football freestyler John Farnworth, there'll be loads of footballing activities for kids of all levels. 

It's all taking place in Forest Recreation Ground (the Goose Fair site) between 11am and 5pm - so unplug the computer, turn off the TV and bring the family down for some footballing fun with npower!
