30th June to 10th July 2011

The Nottingham Food and Drink Festival this year is a 12-day celebration of the fantastic Food and Drink offer in Nottingham City Centre.

We have spoken to all your favourite places to get them to craft some delicious special menus; these are all grouped into four different price categories that you can browse and make your selection from. The price categories are £10, £11-£15, £16- £25 and over £25. There’ll be no excuse not to eat out every day!

There will be special events at venues all over the city in honour of the festival, from cocktail flaring to belly dancing to 50s diner nights to wine tasting sessions.

From the 30th June to the 3rd July Old Market Square will also feature a speciality Food and Drink Market with over 70 stalls for you to browse.

Come and visit us on the Things to do in Nottinghamshire/All About Tourism stand! We will be selling our discount cards and giving you the chance to win some amazing prizes, including a Meal for 2 at the Mogal-e-Azam and Harts Restaurants!

"I just wanted to say that Nottingham's Market Square is brilliant! I sat in the square today for an hour watching people having fun in the water, it was peaceful and relaxing and to top it off a duck landed in the water much to everyone’s delight.There was a Muller Rice stand in the square and they were giving away free cartons of Muller rice!"

"How nice that Nottingham gets its act together to celebrate St George's day so well.
The Parede was great, the music was superb and the stalls were good. To top it off, we finally had a go on the big wheel: fantastic!"

"Try the ice skating in the Market square, it is great fun! I took my son during the week and we just about had the whole rink to ourselves!I had not skated for many years but managed to have some fun without falling over, the staff made sure my son had a great time and took him for a great time flying around in a car.Highly recommend it for a fun experience."
