Market Square
Historically, the Old Market Square, right in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, forms a meeting place for the people of Nottingham and is also the location for local events, civic protests, royal visits, celebrations and public mourning.  It was redesigned and reopened in 2007.

Many of Nottingham's most defining moments have occurred here.

5 July: NatWest Pro Bowling Tour
5th July 2011

NatWest Cricket Club invites fans to visit the Pro Bowling Tour in Old Market Square for a chance to win match tickets to the England v. Sri Lanka game at Trent Bridge

The NatWest Cricket Club Pro Bowling Tour will be heading into Nottingham’s Old Market Square on Tuesday 5th July, celebrating the countdown to the NatWest International T20 match between England and Sri Lanka (Wednesday 6th July, Nottingham, 2.00pm).

As part of the FREE Pro Bowling Tour, which takes place from 9am – 6pm, fans will be able to test their bowling skills against cricket legend Michael Vaughan via the interactive Pro Bowling Challenge. Fans who take part can log onto www.natwest.com/cricket to review the speed and accuracy of their bowling performance.

To reward the support of everyone who takes part in the Pro Bowling Tour, visitors will have the opportunity to join the new NatWest Cricket Club and be in with a chance to win one of five pairs of match tickets to watch England vs Sri Lanka on Wednesday. The Club has been launched this season to celebrate everything NatWest does in the world of cricket from international to grassroots level.
