Welcome to Helen Shortland Holistics & Beauty - complementary and beauty therapies and training courses.
I offer a range of holistic therapies, namely Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Raphael Energy Healing, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, new Vitality Lift Facial Massage, Hopi Ear Candles, Crystal Chakra Balancing, Sports Massage, Back Massage and Aqua Detox Foot Spa.
Beauty therapies currently available include Facials and Skincare treatments, eyebrow shaping, eyelash and brow tinting, threading and pedicures. The range of therapies I offer will be expanded upon over the next few years.
I am a qualified Meditation Teacher, a Usui and Angelic Reiki Master and offer training courses in Usui Reiki at all levels. I am based at Little London Herbal Store in Nottingham city centre with easy access to public transport and city centre car parks.
Party bookings for birthdays, hen parties and get-togethers can be arranged in your home. Gift vouchers are also available if you wish to treat someone special to some relaxation and wellbeing.
