H is for... Harley Gallery's first EVER open exhibition

7th January to 5th February 2012

The Harley Gallery is showing the selected entries to Open Exhibition, 'H is for...', from 7 January - 5 February 2012.

The Harley Gallery has shown exhibitions by top artists, such as David Hockney and Sir Peter Blake. This is a great new chance for artists to get their work exhibited, whether just starting out and experimenting, or experienced professionals. The Gallery has received entries from across the world as well as wonderful works from local artists. Visit and see if there's a piece by someone you know!

Visit between 7 January and 4 February and you can vote for your favourite entry to win the People's Prize of £250. This will be followed by a prizegiving party on 5 February, from 12 noon - 2pm, which is open to all and free entry - join the party and see if your favourite piece was the winner!

Entrants H's have included hints, hangups and hand embroidery, with painting, photography and ceramics among the wide range of artwork entered into the competition.
