King George V Recreation Ground, Carlton

Take the heat out of Bonfire Night by visiting an organised display in a safe and enjoyable environment.

This Bonfire Event is being organised by the 4th Carlton Scout Group and supported by Gedling Borough Council.

Refreshments will be available.

Gates open at 7.00 pm
             Bonfire lit at 7.15 pm
             Firework display starts at 8.00 pm

Cost:   Adult £4.00
            Children £2.00
Family £10 (2 adults + 2 children)


Clifton All Whites Footballl Club will be hold its annual Bonfire and Fireworks display at the Norman Archer Memorial Ground on Green Lane.

There will be food and drinks on sale.

Time:  Gates open at 6.30pm.
Cost:  £1.00 per person


A free firework display will be held at Cotgrave Welfare.

Time:  Gates open at 7.00pm
             Fireworks start at 7.30pm

The fireworks will be followed by a free family night in the hall, with a snack bar and licensed bar. Accompanied children only.


Eastwood Town Cricket Club, at The Breach, Greenhills Road, Eastwood, will host its annual Bonfire and Fireworks event.

Food & refreshments available.

Time:  The bonfire will be lit at 7pm
             Fireworks at 8.30pm.

Cost:   £1 for adults
             50p for children.


Oxton's Bonfire Night celebration will be held at the Village Hall on Main Street.

From 6pm, youngsters are invited to bring along their best jack-o’-lanterns (carved pumpkin) to be entered into a competition to win a cash prize of either £20, £10 or £5.

The bonfire will be lit at 6.30pm and will be followed by entertainment from the Unique World drummers, Halloween stilt walkers and fire and light jugglers, with a 20-minute firework display to follow 7.30pm.

Earlier in the day youngsters will have the chance to get into the Bonfire Night mood early by taking part in a lantern-making master class in the Village Hall from 10am until 12.30, led by artist Jess Kemp, at a cost of £10 each. Children who take part will gain free entry to the evening event.

Tickets for the evening celebration are £5 for adults and £3 for children, with all money raised goes to help fund the Village Hall. Hot food and drink will be available.


A bonfire and fireworks display will be held at the George Spencer Academy site.. The event, organised by Stapleford Fire Station in conjunction with the school, will feature fireworks and laser light displays at 7pm and 7.45pm. The bonfire will be lit at 6.30pm, and hot food and drinks will be available.

Advance tickets can be bought from the George Spencer Academy, Bramcote Farm Shop or the Sherwin arms pub, and are picred at £2 for adults, £1 for children and £5 for a family of two adults and two children. Tickets on the night are £2.50 for adults and £1.50 for children.


Underwood Villa Football Club is holding a firework and bonfire display at at Bracken Park, on Felley Mill Lane North.

Advance tickets are £2.50 for adults, £1 for children and £6 for families. Tickets on the night are £3.50 for adults, £2 for children and £8 for families. Gates open at 5:30pm, the bonfire is lit at 6:30pm and fireworks are at 7:00pm.

The annual Wilford Rotary Fireworks will be held at Nottingham Moderns Rugby Ground, Wilford Village NG11 7AA.

Trent Bridge Rotary Club are preparing for their biggest Firework Party to date. Stand by for a stunning display of impressive fireworks from the locally renowned pyrotechnic team from  Crescendo Fireworks responsible for the dazzling displays at Highfields Lakeside, celebrating Chinese New Year.

To ensure a display better than anything you will see locally Rotary have greatly increased this years fireworks budget. And, in addition to this, Lookers Honda have also made a substantial further sponsorship towards the fireworks - and not just one , but two displays - wow !
