Nottingham Astronomical Society
Are you interested in astronomy? If so, and you live in the Nottingham area, you are welcome to come along to meetings of the Nottingham Astronomical Society.

We are a friendly group of amateur astronomers from all walks of life. You don't need any knowledge of astronomy to join us. Beginners are always welcome.

We encourage active observing and the society owns and operates an observatory near Cotgrave. This houses our 24 inch large reflector telescope, partly funded by a National Lottery 'Awards for All' grant. Members of the society are welcome to use the large telescope.
