We offer a range of introductory flights to suit all budgets and levels of interest. Our trial lesson vouchers make superb and original gifts for someone special and are available in attractive presentation cards. Each voucher is valid for twelve months and lessons can be booked by the recipient on a date of their choice.
Individual lessons vary from 20 up to 60 minutes flying time together with a pre-flight briefing and presentation certificate on completion. Time permitting, flights can be directed towards any particular location, so be sure to tell your instructor if there is anything you would like to see. All lessons count towards a Private Pilots Licence (PPL(H)) should you wish to pursue your flying further.
We have two different types of aircraft available for trial lessons, the Robinson R22 is a two seat aircraft designed for one to one tuition with your instructor. We also offer lessons in our Robinson R44, the larger brother to the R22, it has seating for up to four people (pilot + three) and is slightly more stable providing an excellent choice for larger or heavier students. With the two extra seats in the rear, why not let brave family members or friends spectate the lesson at close quarters!
