Oldmoor Farm Riding School

Established in 2007, Oldmoor Farm Riding School is a small yet professional place for the young and old to learn to ride.

We cater from 4 year old upwards, with all safety equipment provided for 1/2 hour or 1 hour lessons.

Oldmoor Farm offers a range of facilities in the Strelley Village area.

This includes:

Full, Part and DIY Livery.
Modern pu
rpose-built stables, 2 arenas, shower, washing machine, full course of jumps, dressage boards, mirrors, good grazing, nice hacking.

Riding School- group, semi private and private lessons.

Clear round jumping monday from 10am till 8pm

School hire- with a course of jumps, dressage boards or just the arena with the mirrors

About Us

Katie Renn
is the owner and main instructor.

At 30 years old she has 20+ years horse riding experience herself.  She started riding at 4 years old and did many childrens activites, including show jumping, for many years.

In the last 10 years, she has swapped show jumping for dressage and continues to compete now on a regular basis at affilated competitions. Katie has weekly lessons with a dressage instructor and regular lessons with a top dressage trainer.

Justin Renn is Katie's Husband.

Aged 38, he has his BHS stage 1 and his stage 2. He teaches mainly at weekends and covers holidays and days off. He enjoys Jumping, Cross Country and Dressage.

Megan Rawbon

25 years of age.

She has a longstanding love of horses and has been riding since the age of 6. Megan has 7 years of teaching experience including 2 in the USA. She has competed British Eventing and British Dressage and is currently studying in the final year of an Equine performance and Coaching Degree. Megan currently has 2 horses of her own.

Zoe Brennan

Former GB junior eventing European hampion. 

Zoe is studying to become a sport psychologist specialising in elite youth athletes. She is also striving to achieve her lifelong dream to represent Team GB in the Olympics.

We also work with Stubbin Court Training and have 2 apprentices working with us. Cassady and Lauren are both training very hard on their level 3.
