THIS IS A PAST EVENT
3rd July 2011
Rush4Health is a community festival dedicated to promoting health and well-being which will take place on Sunday 3 July at Rushcliffe Country Park in Ruddington, It is jointly promoted by Rushcliffe Borough Council and Principia, a partnership of healthcare services based in Rushcliffe. We're backing the Government's nationwide Change4Life campaign which encourages people to 'eat well, move more and live longer'.
Rush4Health aims to help people make a kick start to health changes - whether you wanted advice about healthy eating, getting fit or stopping smoking. Experts will be on hand to give support and advice, plus there will be many fun, free and educational exhibitions from local businesses and community groups.
