Moorgreen Country Show may be one of the oldest events around but this year's 162nd edition is breaking new ground over the August Bank Holiday week end.
Traditionally the Show is held at Watnall on the August bank Holiday Sunday and Monday but for 2011 the Show kicks off on the Saturday with a Clay Pigeon Shoot followed in the evening (5.00pm) with a fascinating Victorian Steam fair plus a Hog Roast alongside a bar offering real ales and a mix of entertainment.
