Behind the Scenes

A lot goes into putting on a show and 'breaking down' the stage once a show has finished here at the Motorpoint Arena ... and we want to let you in on it! We've put together a time lapse video to take you 'behind the scenes' and show you what happens in the run up to a concert, what happens once the concert has finished and how we go about setting up for a Panthers ice hockey match, including uncovering the ice...something that our team do through the night and into the morning!

Jessie J's management gave us permission to film her concert when she performed here on Friday 25 October, the video then takes you through to the Panthers v Dundee match on Saturday 26 October.

Watch all of this activity in our time lapse video in less than three minutes!
