Saturday

Ice skating parties in your Onesie?  Yes, it really is a thing and it's happening at Nottingham's National Ice Centre on Saturday!

This is one party you don't have to dress up for - just grab your favourite onesie, get your skates on and hit the ice.  You can enjoy the Family Onesie Party between 2.45 and 5.00 pm or the Club Onesie Party between 7.30 pm and 9.30 pm.  It's also fabulous value, with a pizza quarter and skating for just £10 per person.  If pizza isn't your bag, just pay the normal public skating price.  It's a win-win.

This year's Family Concert at Nottingham's Royal Concert Hall takes you on an epic musical adventure to meet all your favourite heroes, both fictional and real-life. With music from John Williams, Elmer Bernstein, John Barry and more, you will meet James Bond, Zorro and even Robin Hood!  A lovely evening of music for the whole family presented by BBC East Midland Today's Dominic Heale.

The Laurel and Hardy Season continues at Nottingham's Broadway Cinema this weekend and you can take part in a workshop to look at what made them so special to audiences and how their work has influenced comedians for almost a century.  The day will be completed with a screening of Stan and Ollie's last film ATOLL K (1950).

Lou Lou's Vintage Fair returns to Nottingham's Albert Hall on Sunday, with lots of lovely items, including fashion, accessories, collectibles and more.  The Secret Cake Club will be serving up lots of delicious cakes and bakes fresh from the oven in the pop-up tea room and you can even stop by the hair and beauty salon for a vintage makeover.

Beat the Streets is a one-day, multi-venue charity festival, aiming to raise money to support homeless people in need.  The Festival will host more than 80 national and local acts playing across over 14 stages in venues across Nottingham City Centre and all proceeds will go to Framework.
